Is this going to be your normal jrj512 course = Start, Slalom, gate, Slalom, turn, slalom (with turn), gate, slalom, gate, (optional - spin into the trailer), finish??
The PCA Maverick Region is having their Autocross #6 on 9/14 at Birdville ISD Stadium in North Richland Hills. We got a bazillion runs at the last event at this venue. It's a smaller venue and kind of tight, but I think we'll have a fun course.
More info here.

Did you have Greg Piper look over your course design grasshopper?
Since you seem to be stuck in a "lets add another slalom" rut lately.
I'm in and I'm the only Miata so far. What are you waiting for?
As far as I know, this event is still on for Sunday. Sign up early and sign up often. You can also just register at the event, but I think it's $5 more.
Lets say one was going to attend what time does the event start and how many pennies would it cost??
Yes I could follow the link and do the research on my own but I feel lazy tonight.
I'll be there at 7:30 to set up the course.
Well I went with the stay at home option, I hope you kids had fun today!
Well, some things could only happen at a Porsche autocross. In this case, it was a brief event stoppage because there was money blowing across the course! The donation can for the women's shelter in Mineral Wells was blown over by the wind. All of the money was rounded up and all is well.
Not a big turn-out, so we got 12 runs -- five in the AM and seven in the PM. My course was about 41 seconds for Miatas, so it was a decent size. Here is a video:
Now the cool part: ClayPerrine (who runs the show for the PCA AX events) said that although we cannot block the fire lane that separates the two lots, we can use cones to dissuade cars from using the lane, and perhaps also station a person there for a work assignment. Fire trucks do not have any problem running over cones. So, next season, we can try a course that uses both lots. With that surface, a nice lot(s) size, and the geographic location, it would be a great event.
It was a good event today. Everything went smoothly and a good time was had by all.
Always good to see you, Kestral.
Thanks for stopping by, Keifersmith.
Nice video. Is that from the windshield mount or the nose? I know we both had 41.6 sec runs... did you get any faster? I can't wait for the official results!
Wow, 12 runs was fantastic. Great event.
