I've got a new issue with my '06 Accord. While driving, it's Navi has started re-booting from time to time. I did install a Parrot blue tooth transceiver a couple of years ago, but I don't think thats causing the problem. I've also come across something on the web where other people have had dirty DVD's in the Navi that caused this. So, I'll be ejecting that DVD for the first time for a cleaning.
I don't think it's a power issue, because the stereo and Navi are really one unit, and the stereo never misses a beat, even when playing XM channels.
What are your thoughts??

you might also try a laser cleaner for the DVD drive, even with a disc in there dirt and dust can find its way to the laser.

Called the dealer, the service adviser said it's the first time he's heard of this problem, and then he told me the nav screen and stereo are separate units, and that the nav is powered in the trunk where the dvd unit is.
Hmmm, I'm not sure I believe that but I'll check for loose wires back there while I'm cleaning the disk.
BTW, warranty expires at 36k miles, car has 33k I better hurry!![]()

That's weird. I use a TomTom GPS system in my Teg, and every time I get on 635 it starts resetting itself. Then when I leave 635, it's fine again.
Wtf?

OK, got into the trunk of the Accord with a flashlight, and found a wire connector not locked in to the DVD-Navi unit. For good measure I dusted off the DVD.
I'll give it a couple of days and see.
