There have been mention of getting a motorcycle shop or bicycle shop to replace the cable. Best thing to do is take the door panel off to see what exactly is wrong.
Swapping out the window regulator isn't to hard.
I assume my manual window cable broke. How would I fix this new regulator or a easy fix by fiddling?

i didnt think it was hard at all but i guess ill either go to the junkyard tomorrow and find a one hopefully
Make sure it's broke, mine started getting jammed up on the guide and wouldn't let the window go down more than about an inch.
Fixing was easy, just a couple of wire ties through the door to hold the cable out of the way of the guide and some white lithium grease. DONE.
What he said...... If the cable pops out of one of the keepers, the cable gets hung on the upper window roller so it won't go down. It's easy to fix.
