Edit: I did some googling, and it appears that they believe the light ships (2,000 to 5,000 feet long,) will arrive and stay stationary in the troposphere over the southern U.S. for about 3 days, bringing peace and harmony and signalling the end of the reign of the Illuminati. The date is also flexible - it could be pushed back as far as Feb 2009.
