It came with the optional built-in profit margin. Simple installation of a higher price tag allows you to take advantage of this feature.
EDIT: Not trying to rain on ken's parade. Just playing off the "Flip This Car" joke. It was an amazing price when he bought it and I was pursuing the original seller with identical intentions. (If his intentions are, indeed, to flip it for profit.)
