Choose Passenger Car in the left drop-down for general requirements, OR choose an item in the right drop-down for the specifics on that item.
Anybody know if the middle (3rd) brake light has to work to pass inspection?
Thanks.

Only required to have 2 functional brake lights. So if one is out, and you have 3, you are still good to go.
Wealth, power, and experience are apparently not enough to save us from social influences. Groupthink, as described by I.L.Janis, is the tendency for group members to reach a consensus opinion, even if that decision is downright stupid (Janis 1982).
Sharpie, Economy Tire on University wouldn't give me an inspection because my left brake light was out. Hope you didn't choose them.
