Default Umm... anyone need a guard shack?

So, one of the manufacturing engineers I work with is in charge of a new test facility we've been building. Long story short, she ordered a portable building to be used as an observation building, but production decided they didn't need it. So...

Own your own guard shack. Still in the original packaging!

Brand New National Partitions Guard Building (Still in packaging)

This building is designed for the most demanding conditions. The walls are 3” thick with stucco embossed steel exterior on a polystyrene core. It features an all welded steel base with forkliftable pockets for easy handling and a rugged diamond plate steel floor. The building includes 4” thick single piece fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) R-19 roof panels.

    Dimensions: 96" X 120"

    Includes:
    • Additional opening cutout 31” x 40” for an A/C unit
    • MOD Wire HVAC 100V Outlet
    • Surface Mount Telecom Outlet
    • 8000 BTU w/Heat 100V 15A
    • Already Assembled.
    • It is a portable, self contained structure.
    • Requires electrical hookup only (Already has all the internal wiring needed)

Please feel free to visit the manufacturers website for additional pictures and information:

Follow the link and click on the “Guard Shacks”

Originally bought for $15,000 will sell for $12,000, OBO!! Will consider any reasonable offer!!

    This building MUST GO!!

The first picture shown here, is from the manufacturers website and is not the actual building. The other two pictures are of the actual building.
