Kumho Contingency for 2009

The contingency program for SCCA National-level Club and Solo racing is suspended indefinitely. Until the economy turns around, Kumho starts making more of a profit, and the marketing budget increases, the contingency program will have to go on the back burner.

I've got a feeling that Hoosier will also cutback now that Kumho has made the announcement. I haven't checked into it lately since their last update was in Nov. (mostly because I ain't gonna win any of the goodies).
