So what are you doing for your significant other this weekend? If your SO is on the forum then please don't go into details if you want to suprise them.
My wife puts more store in V-day then even Christmas and Thanksgiving.
1) Tuesday > Box of my wifes favorite chocolates from a specialty store in Richardson
2) Wednesday > She got the gift certificate for the Elizabeth Arden SPA in Plano.
3) Thursday > 2 dozen red roses are scheduled to be delivered to her office.
4) Saturday > Romantic dinner for 2 at her favorite resturaunt.
So come on, Whats your plans.
Goin' to the zoo!

Dinner at Bob's Steak and Chop House on Friday night and her gift on Saturday. We might go to Hooters on Saturday night, but not really as a V-day meal.
I refuse to do flowers, cards, and so on. Dinner at a fancy restaurant is something we can both enjoy and look forward to, so why make it into a hassle and burden. Same with Hooters, I guess. Long story about how I got sucked into the gift part.
I'm taking my wife to the Dallas Museum of Art on Sunday to see a classical guitar performance. She's wanted to go for awhile, so this is her V-Day gift.
I refuse to do the overpriced flowers and dinner routine. Let some other sucker pay the markup for bad service and poor quality flowers.

I had big plans but some asshole seems to have bought up all the capuchin monkeys in the greater DFW area....
So back to the original plan of getting her liquored up!![]()
Im working all weekend, letting some schmuck pay me for giving bad service. We are going to be packed on Saturday, and the calls are increasing but we are telling people we only have spots at 10:30. They should have planned ahead. As for gifts, the wedding in June is her V-day gift this year...
Mmmm, Bob's was very good. The steak was awesome. True, as Sammm would say, it's not a "price performer," but man, is it good. I will go back.
Just found out we're going to a wine tasting today in Granbury, someplace called Barking Rocks Vineyard. In case anyone else is interested, go to www.barkingrockswine.com Look for the green miata.
