but I cannot seem to make a car to deliver the red ball over and under the ledge. Am I going about this the wrong way? I dont want the answer, but am I atleast on the right track?

My design was similar to that one, I would say keep working at it. There were TONS of small adjustments made on mine before it worked. Just a little tiny move on one part can change how the whole machine works.

I played the hell out of that game last summer. On that level I just built a catapult to launch the ball, then attached a chain to the ball and a stick anchor at the end so it would stop and swing the ball under the ledge.

Took like 30 trys to get it right and it wasn't pretty but it worked.

Hope that doesn't give anything away for you. I would keep at it your way, i'm sure it'll work and look better with a separate car.

I guess I didn't save the contraption, not under my login anyway, but this one was one of my favorite contraptions that I built...tried it again and couldn't get it to work at all.

I remember that game from months ago. I tried to finish each level with as few elements as possible, although some were so tough I was just glad to get a design that would finish. I finished several levels with only one or two parts.

There are more levels, I think you have to sign up on the website or something though.

Edit: It cost $10, and you can design your own levels and play other's designs. Too bad I'm a cheap bastard
