I got paid, and it was worth the money for sure.
It was just sad to see all these Miatas, many with modifications, being driven like Caprice Classics.

there were a bunch of good drivers too
people who brought their helmets with them and have used them regularly
the main thing was for the paying customers to have fun and I think all the workers helped accomplish that
even if they thought they were fast but it was less than exciting for those who are more accustomed to actually being fast
and yes, MSR was a hoot on Friday, thanks to Gary and to Apex
especially a hoot when the show and shiners arrived for their parade lap at lunch, an interesting group

I enjoyed working the TMS event. I just wish I would have gotten the chance to take my car on the oval (I did get to ride in the pace car a few laps!).
