Thread: Bling for the RAM

    Default Bling for the RAM

The lenses for the headlights on my ram are getting yellowed and scuffed. So today I ordered a set of projector replacements and an HID conversion kit.

After driving my wifes car with HID, I just had to put it on my truck.

We'll want to see pictures when you get them installed... I for one could use a headlight upgrade on my 2500...

Love having presents when I get home.

They came preasembled so they are literally plug and play. No wiring required. They just plug into the existing harness.

Do they make them for an 08 Ram 1500?

Yes, search for an "06 RAM Projector HID" on Ebay and you will see your options. The 06-08 used the same headlight assembly.

I got the HIDs installed on the EmPeeVee.

After having HIDs on my Moss Lo-Pros I am sold on them. I hate the "yellow" light of standard halogens. The light output is great. Just make sure your reflectors have a proper cut-off so you don't blind everyone.

I never said he wasn't. I was referring to people upgrading to HIDs in general.
