I still have to wonder... with Rossi being Rossi... whether the sorts of things that might cause one to think that putting a foot down at those speeds might scrub off some extra speed were going through his mind... or if it's just all part of the mind games...

I've posted it up several times before. If you've never seen this trailer, watch it!

    Those are some Cojones.

If they made the tracks wider for cars, do you think we'd get racing this close?

On the track, I am fearless.
If you were as slow as me, you wouldn't be afraid either.

The only car racing i've seen like that was a Busch race at Sears Point... Some dude was passing with barely 2 wheels on the asphalt... He'd make it form 17th to 2nd... overdo it, and wind up halfway down the field again... repeat...

Announcer to team mgr? "Where's your heart right now?"

    Team Mgr, "Almost retired."

That summed it all up for me, and I don't have anything invested in the clip.

That is a fine sample of Moto GP racing. The races are really short compared to most auto races, and it makes it much easier to catch an entire race start to finish, and boy do those guys go balls to the wall. It's amazing. They do lean angles that would have me crapping myself on their warmup laps.
