I once had a problem with expedited shipping from Japan because the seatbelt retractor has a small explosive device, and I can see the need.
Explosive sun visors? WHYYYYYY?????
Makes me glad I took the visors out of my Miata.
It tends to happen on triple digit days, the glue that holds the seal gives up. They should be able to get you fixed up quickly though. I even took mine out in advance and just waited 5 mins for the tech to hook up the new one. They might replace it out of goodwill since it's a TSB.
