    BMW saw no reason to continue developing F1 technology since they weren't able to increase the weight of the F1 cars to two tons, couldn't use run-flat race tires, had trouble loading them up with excessive electronic trash like idrive, and the engine still required a dip stick.
    I thought that comment on the story was pretty funny.
