I know there are, but don't know where. We even had some airborne shots that looked pretty kewl.... What's amazing is all the buildings that have gone up since then. When we started, the first garage had a small office in the front couple of slots, and the covered grid was up. Now, there is the big General meeting building with classrooms, nice, clean restrooms, and lots of extra space, not to mention six more garages, several shops, and a couple of racing-based businesses....AND, condo's going up! It's one very well, with at least tow franchises, one outside of Houston and anoth in the east somewhere. All this, just because Jack wanted a place to play.......Originally Posted by Treibenschnell

That was the Barret-Jackson auction on SPEED TV. It just amazes me what people will spend on some of those cars. There were some really nice ones, including three one-off Calloway Corvettes, all bought by one guy for about $600,000. Time to go buy a lottery ticket, I guessOriginally Posted by Billy Blaze

I think it might be time to sit down and chronical the events that led to the tracks opening and what I am sure were more than a few months of initial chaos once it opened.
I know more than a few people were standing outside the gatess with strait jackets to take Jack away.
Given that there are a few more tracks being built using "Country Club" model, MSR might be the initiator of that trend.
