I talked to Don Herring Jr. today and he asked me to post this up.

The organizers of the 2010 Carrera Del Golfo al Pacifico will be presenting an informational meeting about the 2010 event at Don Herring Irving Mitsubishi the evening of October 29th. This annual Rally from Veracruz to Acapulco, is on paved roads with support trucks and plenty of English Speakers. The US participants will caravan down together leaving from San Antonio and the even will be February 10-13. If you have any interest at all mark the following date:

It's an informational meeting about the event as well as a meet and greet with "the best rally driver in Mexico" (whatever that means ). Don Herring will be providing pizza and drinks.
