Welcome to the forum! I don't plan on going at this time but I may change my mind at last second since ECR is usually the most affordable venue nearby.
So far I'm only signed up for Harris Hill Nov. 14th.
I'm new to the board. I also just decided to do the Eagles Canyon Super Saturday with The Drivers Edge on the 24. I've done several track events with TDE and one with Apex. This will only be my second in the Miata. The last one was in the rain at MSR. Anyway, I was just checking to see if anyone was gonna do this event. I saw in another thread some folks thinking they might.

I may attend if I get my turbo parts back in time. I really want to run at least one session there at 18psi.
TXMC: Drinkin, shootin, racin!
I may venture down for that. Hopefully Axl doesn't come out for that event.

Y'all have fun. I would have been at this one, but I'll be in Blytheville, AR instead.

Make sure you have new pads mr brg. ECR is hard on brakes.
Oh well. No more Drivers Edge events for me. I ain't changing my bars unless I get harnesses.
Convertible Rules '09
All Convertibles are required to have either OEM/Factory Roll Protection or
approved aftermarket roll protection that is higher than the driver's helmet
while seated in a normal seating position.
A simple Height Test involves taking a broom stick and level attached to
the broom stick and laying the broom stick on top of the vehicle's "Roll
Over Protection" while level and seeing that you are below the broom stick
while in a normal driving position with your helmet on.
Details on Roll Over Protection:
Double and Single Roll Hoops, Pop-Up Roll Bars, Factory Hard Tops, and "A"
Pillar Roll Over Protection are all approved as long as it is "factory
documented roll over protection" and are above the height requirements.
(driver's helmet)
* It is the driver's responsibility to provide this proof.
Aftermarket roll bars are required to be able to at a minimum sustain the
vehicles weight and are above the height requirements. (driver's helmet) *
It is the driver's responsibility to provide this proof.
Notes:
"A" Pillar is the front windshield frame. Cars that are know to have factory
"A pillar" (front windshield frame) roll over protection: Corvette C6, BMW
Z3 & Z4, and Honda S2000 there may be more look at manufacture information
to see.
SCCA & NASA approved roll bars are all acceptable.
Height Test may be re-checked at the track and if you and your car DO NOT
pass this test you will forfeit your registration fee and not be able to run
the event.

Maybe that's a new rule, but I thought roll bar requirement for Driver's Edge is for Yellow and Red run groups only. Maybe you run in Yellow or Red, but if you're in Blue then you should be fine.
MINI-P,
What run group will you be in and what color is your miata? I will be out there and maybe I can meet up with a few of the fellow MME. I will have a black SM with yellow rollcage, and, oh yeah, yellow wheelsl!!! I am one of the instructors. (I wanted to grow up and be like Ken-O)

I sat in the Lemons car at Track Dog Racing tonite. It has a full Spec Miata roll cage with petty bar in it.
The crown of my head was higher than the top of the bar. No helmet.
My Miata is still sitting in the shop at TDR, hopefully it will be ready to run next week after the boys get back from Lemons
