Hmm what is decent? Are we talking about your decent or my decent? I'm just curious because I don't want to offend anyone else's decent...
Looks like it's been cleared up, luckily:

That really does make me happy. Being a small business owner myself I would be pissed if that happened to me! Hey, atleast the internet is good for something nowadays...

Monster energy was really reaching for that one.
Monster energy drink =/= Vermonster beer
They don't even sound similar. One is unique and the other isn't.
Glad to see a small business owner win a ridiculous case
What ever came of MLB wanting to charge Little League teams using names like Cubs, Phillies, etc?
Monster just expected him to roll over to big business like most do.
Way to stand up and be heard!
I suspect that this is not Monster Energy Drink's fault. Several Years back, Monster Cable went after everyone using the Monster name. This included Monster.com, Monster Energy Drink, Disney (for Monsters Inc.) and others. In most cases, settlements were made that licensed the use of the name to the other companies. While those settlements are sealed, I suspect that Monster Energy paid for the use of the name for beverages and were required to protect the name within the beverage industry.
There's also rumors that Monster wants to enter the beer/alcohol market. This would set up for a potential legal battle with Vermonster since they were actually in the beer market first.

PS I thought the whole caffeinated/alcohol thing already flopped?
PPS Michael Savage has an interest in NOS energy drink. http://consumerist.com/5283320/the-r...age-connection

I actually went head to head with Missouri Pacific Railroad, also known as MOPAC when we terminated our agreement with their subsidiary MOPAC Airfreight. They had a fit when we continued operating independently as MPAK. Nope, didn't like it one bit. Threats of legal action ensued, but at the time Union Pacific was in the process of merging them into their operations and phasing out the MOPAC name so nothing ever came of them.
