If you can haul it off you can have the back half. I was going to scrap it but it'll be easier on me for you to take it. We can cut it into smaller pickup bed pieces if it's easier.

    OK, To sum it up.

    Those planning on being there:

    black roadster - sawsall blades
    Titus - sawsall
    motorollow - sawsall
    trickyrix
    HudsonHawk - plasma cutter
    petrol - sawsall and plasma

    Maybes:

    juxt3r
    jrj512

I also need to know ASAP if petrol wants the rest of the car. If not, I will be bringing a trailer to haul it off. Don't want to bring it if I don't have to.

    See y'all around 10am.

Please change me to a tenative. I am going to the office...major system trouble. It might be an hour or two...or an all nighter. If its an all nighter I will be dead to the world for most of tomrrow. I might be able to just drop off tools... and I can still arrange for pickup of that ass-end if it makes it easier on you than hauling off for scrap. I'll put it to good use for all of us (with NA bodies anyway).

Okay, well, since I love mayhem & destruction so much and need a chance to use my camera, I'll be there. Might be a little late-ish, but yeah.

Already have the address and directions, so no need to send 'em.

Good times cutting a Miata into six pieces. These cars are pretty damn stout!

    Thanks to

Titus, HudsonHawk, jrj512, juxt3r, motorollow for all the help.

HudsonHawk's plasma cutter was cool and made quick work out of some stout Mazda gusseting. Surprisingly, we found the sawsall has an advantage when cutting box sections.

The combination of the two made quick work of the rear half of the car.

juxt3r took lots of photos so hopefully we shall see some soon.

Very cool pics! Nothing like cutting steel with fire. I noticed Titus didn't touch the windshield! Too bad the mid section was cut up; woulda been cool to make a stretch miata limo. So does Jeffman know what you guys did to his car yet?

The windshield WAS cracked. Titus had been practicing his windshield removal skills.

Yet, after sawing the whole thing off, the windshield never cracked more than what Titus had done. Titus has that special touch.

"You're always gonna have problems lifting a body in one piece. Apparently the best thing to do is cut up a corpse into six pieces and pile it all together. And when you got your six pieces, you gotta get rid of them, because it's no good leaving it in the deep freeze for your mum to discover, now is it? Then I hear the best thing to do is feed them to pigs."
