What I meant to ask was, do they require additional rollover protection if you run R comps vs street tires.

why would you torcher someone by letting them drive your car around a high speed track?

He'll be in the "baby" group and be just fine. I did fine in blue there.

baby schumarcher in the house, lol.

So do I need to worry about a bunch of newbs banging doors with me, or am I fairly safe? Is it "Hallett rules" or gentlemen's open track? I don't want to deal with someone sticking a nose in if I choose to not play defense.

No, only a small group of newbs and they will have instructors with them.

Context fail...I have no problem with newbs per say. Well, unless its a vette or viper newb, then I'm afraid. I didn't mean that to come accross the way it did.
Open passing, gentleman's rules, Hallett "passing on the straights" rules, or pointed passes? I don't really care to go wheel-to-wheel in a car without a cage. I'm not trying to be an ass, I just don't want to end up in the middle of an American Iron race and soiling myself.

Not sure, but I'm about 90% certain that it will be point-by passing.

I'm 100% certain it will be point by unless you're in one of the advanced groups.

Point to pass on designated straights only. All run groups. Same as any other ECR track day.
