Funny. This one is listed under Houston but I think it's actually in the mid cities area. I saw it at a PCA autocross at Birdville driving up and down the street.

There is more than one of those. They were actually a production (albeit very limited production) "car".
There is a guy off of Davis Road just south of North Tarrant Parkway in NRH that owns one, or at least used to own one when I lived in the area.
