Because you could have a tire pull. Nothing like having the alignment in spec & pressures set & customer comes right back says it pulls.

Tire pull shows up with new rubber, not used rubber that already had a good alignment. I really do not think I could resist beating on my car, so I don't expect the tech to resist either...I don't want to end up out-a-car because I had to get it aligned.

Will NTB still put our cars at whatever specs we want? I paid $200 for a 5-year or whatever so I'd like to use it.

I need to get a part-time job at a place with an in-ground alignment rack that won't charge you guys out the butt for alignments. I can work for less money if I'm allowed to give out discounts and get lunch money in return :p But other than that I've been doing brake jobs and suspension installs at home. I'm currently building a silver Miata also at home.

That's messed up. AJ took my car for a joyride when he was done but with my permission and with me in the passenger seat, it was fun, and scary :)

Yeah I like to get permission before I drive it fast, and only with people that Im comfortable asking...

Another customer asked if I could mount some wheels on thier car before the alignment, I said "there's still some tread life left on these, are you sure?" He told me to roast 'em. Before I answered, the keys flew through the air at me! (V8 Miata)

The owner of a 400hp Evo 8 told me to "go have some fun with it" but I had to decline because there was more work to be done...

The guys up there see me enjoying some cars, so maybe they didnt know I have so many trusting friends...
