Default Another seat question/ 2000 parts on CL

Ok, found a listing on CL last night, someone parting out a 2000. I mailed them and they are asking $200 for the seats. Supposedly no rips or tears, excellent condition. They are black cloth. Of course I will make an offer, what price range should these cost? Here's the link in case someone else is looking for stuff.

Why would you part out a car with a perfect body and engine????

Some like the '90-'97 seats better than the NB's seats. As an owner of both an NA and an NB I like my NA seats better.

    YMMV

That's exactly what I was wondering. The car looks perfect in the pic(if that's the car). I just wonder what's up..

I dont know but im not going to argue, hes asking 200 for the entire top frame and all but you would have to come and remove it has small tear he said it was "professionally patched".

What's the difference..more support or what? I sat on some that weren't in a car. They seemed a bit more comfy than my NA seats. I've never sat in a NB.

Go sit in a NB there is a difference it it hard to describe over the interweb. More supportive and just fit better especially on long drives.

Personally I think the NA seats hang on to ya better in turns.

NA seats FTW! Better bolster support than NB's and just more comfortable overall .

You might run by Track Dog Racing at lunch... I'm sure they've probably got a few hanging around the shop.

If you are into the NB seats skip over the 99-00. They have the worse seats ever!

Ok, seems like a consensus on the 2000 seats! There's really nothing wrong with my NA seats(except for the bolster wear). Actually in very good condition for 113k. I'm just looking to upgrade her a bit here and there and sounded like the seats were a good deal.

I'll hold out and keep looking. Thanks for all the input!
