    A HANS will not help too much in a rollover. It was designed to prevent neck extension in a forward crash. That's why we now have side nets on both sides and/or side bolsters as part of the seat. He was lucky.

    Scarry exact except I finished upside down and I did not have a helmet on so a vid would have been more exciting with blood squirting out the top of my head. Scalp lacerations usually are not as serious as they look just extremely messy due to the high vascularity of the head. My car spun to the right 270, skidded backwards rear right wheel dug and stuck the dirt, car rolled over the top 2 times. It happened that quick. You do just hang there for a minute wondering wtf just happened.
