Feel free to start one of these yourselves.
Spent 3.5 hours in the dentist's chair this morning. However, it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Heck, I even dozed off at one point, and not due to the drugs.
Weighed myself this morning, and I'm below 200 pounds for the first time in over a decade! Almost halfway to my 180 pound target weight.
