going to getto install a replacement rear plastic on a pos soft top that will be thrown away as soon as i get a hardtop, this is just for storage.

i found clear vinyl with no problem but was looking for some smoked, anyone know where to find some without saying check a random fabric store? looking for a local store before i order on line.

I have the glass out of the top I just took off. If you want it I can grab it from the trash?

Contact a top manufacturer for Jeeps. They offer smoked vinyl for back/side windows on lots of their tops. Maybe Collins Bros. Jeeps has some left-overs they might give/sell you cheap.

When I was looking into doing this myself in NY (only not as a temp solution), I could only find 30% tint online. I went to a local marina, and they could get me down to 5% for less than I could get any % online. So you might want to stop by one, especially if they advertise they repair/replace boat tops.

Do you know what % it is, by chance? I've been dying to tint my car since 2003, but the back window was always holding me back. I think anything higher than 15-20% is a waste of time, so I never ordered any online. I moved from NY before I bought from the marina
