Make sure you get some extra velcro thingies. I need some for mine. You know the one I've been selling to Rouge for the last half+ years.... One of these days I'll remember to bring it to a meet and give it to him...
CLOSED!!
Another Cool Breeze Scoop Group Buy- Ends May 3rd, 2010!
The last group buy on these went well and all those who purchased them and used them seemed to like them (me included).
Mine works great! You can feel the air being blown right at the footwells. I thought at first the air would blow at the top of the dash and then wrap down, but this design is "spot on," as the Brits would say.Since we have lots of new members and in some cases additional Miatas, I thought I'd do it again.Today it was a bit warmer and more humid. I drove to work, top down with the A/C on and the scoop. It was actually nice and the scoop does make a difference in the hot footwells. I also ran part way without the A/C, just the blower and it was still very comfortable.

I don't see much need in it with the top and windows down. Since I don't have a windblocker I get plenty of wrap-a-round air. Also, where would you store it? It just sounds like a nuisance to me.
1990 White NA - SOLD
1994 Black NA - SOLD
2006 Red NC - GT with limited slip, HIDs, all OEM.
On occasion.
It is designed to blow air into the foot wells, which can get hot because the wrap-around air does not make it down there. If you also have your AC on, then it cools the air going down there. It really does make a difference.
I am usually alone in my Miata, so I just keep it on the passenger floor when not in use. When the better half joins me, then it is usually top-down weather, in which case it's installed rather than on the floor.
Just don't use it on the track. I think I recall seeing one right after ricochet when Gary did his last event..
Blah blah blah!
I'll take one.
I live where even the coyotes won't go...
i thought mine sucked and gave it away LOL
