Thanks for bringing the cables.
got the seat bolted safely in (still not the final resting place, but w/e) and sway bars on. Still have crappy brakes and a questionable non-alignment. So I'm shooting for "faster than someone" tomorrow :)
Thanks for picking up the cables goofygrin!![]()

Prolly should have been going into 3rd in high speed areas rather than just lifting, but the one time I did that I forgot to brake.....
Amazing how much faster without Jerrett it is.... 58.6 sec
Great turnout and fun course! It was a hot summer day, but I enjoyed it.
Fun event. Props to Jerrett for good course on the bus lot. Unfortunately, my car wasn't as happy as I was. It overheated one block from home.
Here is my best run:

It was an ugly day for radiators.
It was a good event, though.
Thanks a TON Jerret.... Sorry, sammm. but there have to be tri-winners for that award... Thanks also go to Matt Dashiell and yours truly.
Honorable Mentions to David Hedderick and Dave Bubeck who helped do the work of five.
I had a blast... it was an awesome event.... starting from the course design.... ! Results are out to the a-x list
M3 is always the answer.
Thanks to Jerrett for the co-drive and to Mark and the Committee for the BBQ lunch :)
I'll have the shaky video up later...

Fun course, but I'm really looking forward to running some courses with more slaloms/transitions. Most of the courses lately have had mostly sweepers.
This is my first run in the morning. Cold tires and non-optimal setup led to a dorifto exhibition. We pulled the rear swaybar in the afternoon and I picked up almost 2 seconds, but the car was pushing. Gotta find an in between setup. We're thinking about changing the rear spring rate a little bit and maybe trying a different front bar. One thing at a time! Can't wait to get this car dialed in. It's got a lot of potential.
KenO, you were right, the car was almost undriveable out there. I'm not sure why, Vo's only change since I last drove it was adding a little bit more rear camber.

This is exactly what I experienced. Very loose in the morning. Understeer with the rear bar on full soft in the afternoon (it was on the middle in the morning).
My thoughts? We went out there on the dusty/dirty cold surface and as the course got cleaned up, a layer of rubber down and heated up from the sun, times started going down. We likely should have left the bars stiffer and I bet the car would have hooked better in the afternoon.
So the one event I'm not hanging the back end out the whole time everybody else is.....
