Thanks Paul, Stevan, and William for your advice/ help this afternoon. When I got everything apart, having the springs floating around in the NB tophats did not look right to me, and Shaiks instructions were a bit vague and included parts that the kit he sent me did not include.
The good news is....
After 9 hours we got the fronts done... *groan* It looks and feels good, and I'm a happy camper so far.
Wasn't as hard as I was expecting, but getting everything apart to do the bushings was time consuming, and the drivers side upper control arm bolt was a PITA. The old bushings came out 'easily' with the use of a propane torch and the BFH. Nothing like a flaming bushing rolling down the driveway leaving a black 'skid' mark...... Front of the car feels good, and although I need an alignment now, my 60-70 mph shimmy is greatly reduced.... maybe it will disappear once we do the back... one can hope....
