    1. Porsche Boxter Spyder
    2. Lotus Elise
    3. Mazda Rx8 (thank you Iain)
    4. BMW M3 (thank you Ken)
    5. Nissan GT-R
    6. Corvette z06 (thank you Mark)
    7. VW GTI
Great list, but there is no way the GTI (or Boxter, IMHO) belongs on that list ahead of the Miata. Not trying to discount those cars or be a homer, just saying.

jrj512, I appreciate what you do and don't want to do it myself, but other courses have been more fun to drive
    I agree on both points.

Thanks to Jarret for making the course safe enough to avoid high speed collisions.

Also, as the others said thanks a bunch for trying something new. It was nice to run something totally new.

When I walked the course I thought it was going to be awful, but after driving it in the all-mighty Z06 (red ones really are faster) I loved it. I'm sure an abundance of torque helps a little here, but I'm a momemtum driver. That course was all about the line. Set up properly you could carry some serious speed through sections that I thought would be painfully slow.

Or.... maybe it was just the new Hoosiers....

Either way - there were things there that are very similar to what we'll see next week in Lincoln. Kudos for a national caliber course.

I will say that 9th in PAX with a cone has got to be one of my better days. I love the bus lot.
A Z06 is just like a Miata, but with the other half of the motor . . .

How often do you see two unrelated people from Nevada, Texas in one pic?

From what I understand, this is a secret greeting between people from Nevada, Texas.

    Kind of scary!

I think yellow remains to be the fastest Z06 color...

Hope you guys were not running your nationals tires out there...The bus lot in the summer time heat cycles the hell out of an A6!

Smoking fast runs this weekend! Run SS next time it's not like there is a shortage of competition.

    See you guys in Lincoln!

I'm getting really excited about next week. If you look at the local SS times we should all be very close in Lincoln as long as the psychology of the big show doesn't get to us. Wouldn't a TX Region podium sweep be cool? Mark is on fire. I'm finally comfortable with the car. All of the local SS gang is hot right now. Bring it on, Lincoln!

This is the way it should be...

That would defiantly be cool! Unfortunately the Lotus and I are not where we need to be. I think we can still get up there somewhere in the trophies but it's gonna be an up hill battle.
