Quick weekend project
I had a racing seat as my driver's seat and a stock black cloth seat in my red 93 with a tan enterior / top. One of the things on my list was a new (used) set of tan leather seats for the car. I found a set of NB tan leather seats and installed them today. The job was quick, but it lead to a new issue. In my 94 the seatbelt receiver is mounted on the seat itself, and braced to the frame. I want to put the racing seat in the 94 and will need to do some research on how to affix that bracket to the Corbeau seat.
The pics are not the best, but I will clean it up and take some more.
I learned this the hard way.....
Take all of your valuables out of your car at night. This includes taking the mounting hardware off of your windshield or dash and hiding the power supplies. I lost over $ 1,000 to a thief with no hope of recovering my items and to top if off they smashed my window in the rain and my truck got soaked. Let my loss be your learning experience.
