I have an LCD projector I picked up for $35 at First Saturday (well, 2 projectors at $35 each)...
I fixed the CPU board on the first one, but the dang keypad is borked... the menu button and the power buttons on the rubber part of the keypad each have 2 oval shaped carbon impregnated rubber pads on them... the pads have lost a lot of their carbon & are too high of a resistance to make contact properly so those 2 buttons don't work.
Does anyone know of a way to fix those contact pads?

Lightness? What's that? I drive a PRHT!
Yeah, but if I can get that fixed, I've got the projector sold for about $250

I love it when they say the MSDS is included in each kit
Sure, it is required to be available by law, but I gotta wonder what they're selling if they mail you one just in case!!!
Every chemical we get in the restaurant comes with one in the box. It is all sysco stuff so I figure they are just covering their butts.
Well, it came in today... Said it could to "50 contacts" but then said to MIX IT ALL AT ONCE. Next it said it was only good for 72 hours.
So if anyone has any remote controls to fix, take 'em apart & bring 'em over before 72 hours is up.
