Yep...sounds like water pump to me. (You already know to do the timing belt, idlers, crank and cam shaft seals at the same time)
Wife called and said I left a puddle.
I went out to the garage at work and there's a small puddle. Overflow tank is empty.
Stats on the car:
- 148k miles
- radiator and fans look like they were replaced recently (before I got the car in May)
- I replaced the radiator cap this summer
- the underhood hoses look good and are pliable
I have no idea if or when the timing belt and water pump have been changed.
The only place I could see or feel that was wet was on the front of the oil pan right under the crank.
My guess is this means the water pump is gone. Before I go order all the front end parts, does this sound about right?

Ya talked to Gary earlier today. I'm too busy right now to swap all the stuff and his price is reasonable enough that I'll be there tomorrow.
I guess I can talk boost too![]()
I think I miss the ability to pass concrete trucks on the highway more than anything!
