I got my 502 cubic inch BBC airplane motor down to 96 dBA at 10 feet by using some Dynomax Superturbo mufflers. Most of the 96 dBa is the 7 foot propeller blowing wind at 110 mph. I can't really hear the motor running. It had some Magnaflows which spiked the meter over 120 dBa at 50 feet. We saw no performance loss when we swiched to the Superturbos. I highly recommend Dynomax Superturbo.
