See what the bids are on ebay for similar bikes. Blue Book is garbage. Most bikes right now are tanking in value and now is a buyer's market.
I know a guy who is thinking about getting a low cost cruiser.
How would one figure out what the market value may be on a used bike?? Is there an NADA or dealer price guide for used bikes?

RE: Motrcycle values
I value my life, that's why you couldnt pay me to ride one in DFW traffic. :)
www.nada.com ..............also ck cycle trader online. Between the two you will get a good idea of the value.
Does Texas do stated value on Motorcycle sales like they do on cars when you go to register the bike?
Just like miatas the value of used bikes varies with the seasonal weather. Next week would be prime time to go bike shopping. Around mid January the used bike market will get a lot more competitive as people start getting their tax refunds.
I don't ride mine much since I got the Miata. Here's mine and Carazzie's bike. She sold her Suzuki Savage.

It has traction control and you cannot spin the rear wheel no matter how hard you try. Sounds like the Plymouth Prowler of bikes to me.
