Miatamoto Won the Dixie National Tour
My best was a 1:44.0 but no video.
M3 is always the answer.
That is one noisy M3! Have you ever run it CCW? The last turn before the front straight is a wild one as the wall comes up in a hurry, out the passenger window........
92 Sunny 214k, 95 Dimples, 93 James Bondo, 92 SM (Speedie Jr )
Shelley, Apex, Tigger, Max, Baby(cats), Fluffy, Spot, and Peanut (mini horses), Cinnamon & Bitsy(dawgs)
MSR #1001, SCCA #208822 Let's go racin'
About as loud as a SM.
Yes, CCW is a blast. Last year NASA ran it CCW and you're right the wall really makes you think hard about your exit speed.
M3 is always the answer.
Nice job Ken!
Way to keep the memory alive Hal.

Thanks for posting that. I still don't understand Sugar & Spice, maybe my broken swaybar was a part of that but I'm still at a loss. The SM and AI guys take a dramatically different line, both feel slow to me. I suppose I need to get crazier on the trail braking.
Why are you braking in #6? That's a no-lift corner for me...which I'm sad to admit.
You're driving the everliving shit out of that car, I'm impressed.
BTW, you never thanked me for the ho-ho's.

Wait a minute. TT guys get ho-hos?!?! Stupid AX.
Ken, and anyone else who was out at this event; My friend was out taking photos of the event, here is his photography/facebook with the awesome pictures.

You can contact him to see what he wants for full resolution images, and he can also have posters made.
I'm at 120mph through there. I don't have to lift but I'm scared so I can't go "no-lift" every lap.
The first corners going CW.
I can spend $600 and have rubber that lasts all year with NT-01, $900 for Hoosiers which last 4-days is way out of my price range. I realize the playing field will never be level until I do that, but I might eventually beat some of these guys on better tires with more work. I'm solely focusing on driving this year, and judging from that video if I can get my head out, I have a chance.
