ill find a way, im not going to deal with putting cats on, or "re tuning" its already chipped for 93 octane and 550 cc injectors

If it is tunned properly, it should pass with just the addition of cats. My supercharged Miata is running a full ECU with 440 injectors tuned for 93 octane, and with a good CAT, it passes the sniffer every year with flying colors. Look around and I am sure you can find a stock exhaust and cats used for cheap that you can swap on just for the inspection. Without the CATs, you will never legally pass and it is next to impossible these days to get an inspection station to "do you a favor" regardless of how much money you slip them.

If it is tuned properly for the 550 injectors, that will not be a problem. My engine came stock with 230 injectors and I am running 440 RCs and I PASS EVERY YEAR. The lack of cats are your only problem.

I'm with Titus, 440 injectors on my turbo and it passes each year too. So I'll be the third to tell you to get some cats and you might have to de-tune it some. I pull a few degrees of timing and take a few points of master fuel to pass.

Yeah I'm running 550's in my Miata and it passes the sniffer no problem so injector size doesn't mean you won't pass.
