    After some discussion we have now been approved for first car out at 10:00 AM. If there are any sound complaints then we will be pushed back to 12 or banned completely.

    That's good news.

    Not to too much, but we know who the offenders are. If their vehicles aren't modified to quiet them down, don't let them run. Period.

    If we start at 10:00 A.M. we need to be quite before 10, no loud P.A.s or carts or other cars testing in the back of the lot next to the apartments.

    If the PCA runs there is one car in particular that can ruin it for us all. At ER events there are a couple too so I would recommend a sound check as part of tech. I think an unknown source of noise might be the fallout from Garcia's speech. The screaming attendees might b over the db limit too at least all those screaming as they run away after their ears start bleeding.
