As of now we will have the break. I think cooling off helps. I am shooting to start as early as possible.

This would be a good event to bring your canopy and something to tie it down with. The more shade, the better; I'm thinking tent city.

So rather than driving cone to cone... it would be tent to tent?

They have barrel racing why not tent autocross?

Do we get to stop and have a frozen margarita at each tent?

Third run is the Tequila Run -- you have to down a shot at each corner station.

Tsk Tsk, didn't you listen to rule #1 of the drivers meeting? No dugs and alcohol on site

Great day today. Kudos to Ken for a great event. Hot but at least we had a breeze.

Fun race today...the afternoon baking on the workers was excessive...but none the less awesome HOT day!!!!

Good driving Ken. It was way too hot, I thought I was going to faint a few times when changing tires in the afternoon. Had to go dunk my head under the cold shower a few times. I vote first car out 630 AM done by noon next event :)

Good course, not too tough, but easy on the course workers since there weren't a ton of cones hit. No way to avoid the afternoon heat, and its too bad we had mechanical and timing problems during the final (hottest) runs, but it was still a very good day with a fun, fast course. Especially impressive considering how many novice drivers attended. Bonus kudos to BMWCCA for providing TONS of water on ice!! Your club has really stepped-up its game over the last couple seasons!

BMWCCA designed one of the greatest autocross courses Evar!

It was a bit toasty yesterday but all in all a fun day!
