Default wednesday GTG at my place for help with my car? FREE BEER

well, yeah, like the tittle says, FREE BEER

I've registered for the FM summer camp and have a pile of parts on the bench that need to be on my car:

-brakes(porterfeild pads, SS lines, 1 new caliper, etc..)
    -HD motor mounts
-and a bunch of stuff that escapes me right now...

If you guys would want free beer and/or soda, i can fire up the grill for some brats, or whatever...

let me know what you think, this has to happen before August, and i could really use the help.

Depending on the day you decide to do it, I might be able to swing by.

I can also bring my motive bleeder if you need to bleed your brake fluid.

Depending on the length of the "other stuff" list, you'll probably want to start on a Saturday anyhow... just in case something gets left undone. Also, I don't have any experience swapping them, but the motor mounts might take a while, and you'll probably need an engine hoist to do the deed (although I guess you could jack the motor up very carefully from underneath).

Yes it can take a while but it can be done with a floor jack. Also removing the header/exhaust manifold may be required. A 14mm swivel socket, some long extensions and a big arse breaker bar will make it easier.

I can't promise I can be there. 5 days a week working on Miatas is usually enough for me.

Might want to get a complete list of all the parts you need to install so we can get a rough idea the time needed.

things to do before FM 2011:

    -insulate tranny tunnel
-brake job (SS lines, pads, rotors, 1 new caliper, proportioning valve)
    -motor mounts
    -adjust rear sway bar
    -heater cable adjust
    -oil pressure sender
    -oil change
    -adjust race-seat location/padding

this will have to be next week, as i don't have any days off this week, but i'm shooting for next saturday, the 23rd...

I;m putting Porterfeild pads out front and stock in the rear... is it (the prop. valve) not required for something like this?
