My nb2 has an open diff. I have a nb torsen with no carrier and my question is any reputable shop recommendations to get this installed properly?

If you have a loose torsen, not installed in a carrier, it's more than just a simple swap. It requires specific tools and equipment.
Swapping axles is only necessary if it's a 1.6 car.
