ken 0 probably saw the camera and was showing off. It is all the fault of the guy with the camera. NOBODY ELSE did anything wrong except the idiot who invented no fault insurance...
The driver with the dash cam was OVERTAKING SOMEONE. Last checked, that's what the passing lane is for. The BMW douche was 100% at fault.
