Yes. No. Yes. Comcast.
Quick summary of what we're after here... Xlink (http://www.teamxlink.co.uk) lets you create a virtual LAN using the Internet so that PS2 games that don't support online play can be played online. The easiest setup uses a home network - preferably wired - where your PC serves as a tunneling device between your PS2 and the Internet. If you have a router and multiple PC's already, you'll just need to install the software, connect your PS2 and get gaming!
----------------
Does your PS2 have the Ethernet port? Do you have a PC located appropriately to connect to your PS2?
If you're interested, say so and indicate your ISP here. I understand this works better for people on the same ISP...

Good find, TC -- They even support OS X!
I've got everything but the e-net port on the PS2. ISP is Comcast (cable).
Comcast sells both cable and DSL -- I wonder if that "same ISP" thing still holds across connectivity types?
Actually I don't have GT4 yet. (But then, you didn't ask that.)
Yup... add-on ethernet port... I think there are a number of USB to ethernet adapters that can be had for the $10-25 range as well.

Unless you've updated the USB drivers on the Tivo, you should be able to hotplug/unplug to test it with the PS2... Just a suggestion...Originally Posted by Dave04
