Default So what have you run?

Me in the meata, a 10.0 in the 1/8th. I now have a header and azenis versus tire that werent nearly as sticky. I would like to run into the high nines.

Also Thursday nights are street nights at kennedale. Maybe a group of us could meet out there then maybe go for wings and beer at hooters after.

I'd go out to kennedale sometime but with a newborn baby and that being a weeknight, I doubt I'll ever be able to make it. Maybe once the season starts up in ennis, I'll go on a friday night.

The only numbers I have so far are from a G-Tech. I've only managed a 14.4 @ 107mph due to much wheel spin. I'm still trying to find that sweet spot to launch at. So far that looks to be @ 2500 RPM. I hope to get to the track some time, but I'm not holding my breath.

My best in 1/8 is 9.7 at 73mph, my best Quarter is 14.9 at 94mph. However, I've now opened the exhaust and added Azenis Sports as well. I've got to get my launch down.

BTW, I'm up for Hooters, wings and brew. Not to mention the Beer is currently FREE at Hooters.

i ran a 14.56 @ 94 mph (9.44 in the eigth) last night with less than 500 bucks in mods. retail value is probably closer to a thousand bucks, but not too bad in my opinion. i only had a 2.18 60' time, because i was running on my stock 14 inch wheels (185 55 comp t/a tires = no grip). normally i run on my 17 inch wheels, but my tires were really shot on those. all i have done is a racing beat muffler, and custom made intake (made by me with a 5.00 piece of pipe, a K&N cone, and a few longer wires to make the maf sensor reach the other side of the engine bay, and a 50 shot of nitrous. i got the nitrous kit for 200 bucks from a friend and spent a day putting it in. not too bad for a day's work right?

Now that I've got the new (to me) '97 FM2 I can't wait to get to Ennis for a run. This car dyno'd considerably stronger than my '90 BEGI4.2, and this car has a Torsen rear end that I've notice makes a huge differance with my launch.

So what did it dyno at? Still playing with the tuning of mine right now. Then I'd like to hit the ATS dyno again.

    The '97 dyno'd at 205rwhp @ 12 psi. I'm however playing with my settings at 14psi. My '90 dyno'd at 150rwhp

I am impressed!!! somebody else remembers Green Valley and was actually there! Never did the 1/4, but crewed for a SCCA road race in the early 70's.
