Sure why not!
I like it!

Would you replace an LE with a turbo, for a silver w/red interior Italia miata? It looks a lot like this one.

Can you add a turbo to the Italia?
If you're addicted to cold turkey how do you stop?
I reject your reality and substitute my own.
Were you offered a trade?
I would, but I like Italias. How many LEs are still around? 1250 or so, maybe? How many silver/red Italias? 2? You can always turbo the Italia later.
I'll take it. I like it. Doesn't the nose (the overhang) just a little long?
Gabriel
Having seen an Italia in person....hell no.

Not a fan. Stick with what ya got.

I would rather do something like what mk2tmr2 did to his NA than go with the Italia, although the Italia is not terrible.
Just put a Pitcrew nose and Garage Vary tails on your LE. Possibly some small flares to compliment it. It'll give you a similar nostalgic effect with much better proportions and a whole lot less fugly.
Ignore the insane wheel fitment:

You would regret that, and your dad would disown you.
And I like X-wangs Itallia
Dad seems okay with it. I just know the car is available, haven't talked amounts or anything.

Isn't time for a change heck you have had the LE for forever.![]()
I'm not a fan of the Italia... it's trying too hard and looks a little off. If you're looking for a change, just accessorize a little. IMO it's hard to beat the looks of a nice, clean NA.

No, you'll get a bunch of people asking you questions about if you are driving a kit car. Don't ask me how I know...

I prefer the NB pitcrew,
The headlight placemnet reminds me more of the Cobras/MGBs, and the hood flows better IMO. The NA pitcrew gives off more of a VW vibe, and seams to low. I'd take either tho.
