WTB: Cheap 1.6 Miata or roller

Is rather cut-up my current daily Miata for scrap than fix it. The only requirements are decent paint, !yellow, and most of an AC in place. I'd like for the body to be straight. I have cash.

I will pay a premium for a straight body in mariner blue.
