I'll let you know but it's probably going to be quite a while before I have the funds available. Gotta pay for a replacement engine first, then paint my replacement hood, trunklid and rear bumper, then maybe I can do the stripes. Guessing those are vinyl?

Tough talk from somebody that takes a bunch of pictures of cars hard parked.

Yes, its vinyl. I can point you in the right direction to pick up some nice, thin metallic stuff for under $50. That will get you 15"x3yds, more than enough to do the car twice, depending on the design.

From there its all installation...we can work something out. I like messing with the stuff...my rates skyrocket if I have to do it above 95 or below 50

Yea, I know...I just wish there we're more MX5'ers represented on some of these drives. Its fun talking to other people that know our language. Plus my guestimated percentages with no research at all weren't meant to offend anyone.

I was too busy driving to take any pictures on Sunday, none of those are mine.

I am uploading video to you tube now. I'll have a link here shortly and you can see who all went, at least car wise.

By far, the best parts of that video are the brief times the camera flashes to your face. haha Well played, good sir.

Not that the video is bad, just I started cracking cracking up when I saw the camera go to you with just a blank expression for those brief times.

Rob: Yeah while cutting it I was thinking Scrooge McDuck I looked so grumpy and expressionless. That's why I said something at the end.

MarbleGT: Thanks man but it was all you. You coordinated and led this venture I was just along for the ride. Sorry I didn't get more footage of your car but next time I will.

I think one day coming up I'm going to venture up there for an afternoon and just scope out as many smooth roads as I can find on the other side of Muenster so that next time its not nearly as hairy.

I wonder whats beyond that bridge. There might be some good roads that follow the river.

As diplomatic as I can be MarbleGt and anyone else reading this thread; get your ass on a track. Quite simply; think of it as a pre-paid speeding ticket and invest in yourself. I'll be at ECR Nov. 4th if anyone wants a ride along.
