For gosh sakes, wash that Audi!
Hey so I am putting my tire trailer up for sale. I have put a ton of work into customising it. If you already have a tire trailer feel free to copy any ideas you want!
Pretty standard looking tire trailer that started out life at harbor freight. The wheel bearings were just replaced and there is a spare wheel/tire which are stored underneath.
The standard HF tail lights make effectively widen the rear end making it harder to maneuver in your garage. I upgraded to LED light strips.
There is room for up to 4 Z06 sized wheels and tires or up to 6 miata sized wheels tires. If you look closely you can see the jack handle stores inside one of the poles.
Floor jack "holster" on the side. That floor jack is included with the trailer as it is the only one that will fit. It is also designed so that no one can walk up and steal the jack. There is a trick to removing it!
Umbrella holder on the front (PVC). Which is nice as it is a PITA to carry a full sized umbrella in a tiny car.
Most tire trailers have a box but it's what's inside that counts. This box is strong enough for multiple people to sit or stand on. Pretty useful for tearing down a course.
Storage for gloves and rags on the left. Behind the box of rags you can fit hoses/rope/etc. The pegs on the right have room for spacers/pucks/etc. On the floor of the box are small storage boxes (included with trailer), these are perfectly sized (actually slightly oversized) so that they won't bounce around in transit.
Partitioned on the right for an air tank (included with trailer). Underneath the air tank you can store rope/chain/jumper cables.
The rear face of the box has a holders for a quart of oil, can of windshield cleaner or quick detailer, safety wire, breaker bar holder (breaker bar included), and a holster for a cordless impact gun.
I would like $300 for the trailer. That does include:
Trailer
Spare Wheel/Tire
2 New Unmounted Tires
Floor Jack
Air Tank
Breaker Bar
Extra Wheel Bearings
Oh if I only had any money. sigh. lol
