Pass. headlight is new (fenderbender) other side was really yellow. 5 mins. with some headlight restorer cleaned it up about 80% or so. I'll sand/polish it later..

Not me. Scared to drive in metromess. Don't know how some guys do it daily. Ok in the truck, with full insurance, but the miata is apparently invisible to dumb drivers on smartphones.

Wow. Be safe (they are out to get you!). Btw, I notice in your sig you have the clubsports with 550/350. How are they? Running the helper springs? Ever wish for firmer springs on track (avatar pic looks like MSR-C). Also, running bigger front sway? Sorry if I missed a build thread or if you posted this already somewhere. Just started looking at NB stuffs..

I have not made it out to the track since I put the Xidas on, but I'm going at the end of March. Since I only get to go to the track a couple times a year if I'm lucky, I compromised with 550/350 rates (I do have the helpers). I think I would skip the helper springs if I were doing it again. If you're building a car for the track, then skip the 550/350 and go with stiffer springs. For the street, I think 550/350 is probably perfect. The other issue to think about is what you want your ride height to be. I had a $%^#$ of a time getting my car to ~4" up front and ~4+" in the rear, had to get longer rear springs to make it happen.

I love my suspension for the street. I am on stock sway bars for the time being, and I *think* it's a little more tail happy than I'd like. I tried firming up the front shocks and softening the rears a little and that helped. At the track I'll play with tire pressures as well. It's hard to say for sure because I have not had a chance to see what it's like at speed. I imagine I'll be adding a RB 1.125" hollow bar up front and keeping the stock rear bar.

SixAce, as a reference, I have 700/450, RB hollow up front, and I usually run without a rear bar on tracks and most AX courses. Not that I have much track experience, but...
